Due to the nature of information given in a PDF pattern, I cannot offer refunds for digital files such as pattern PDF’s.
Physical finished pieces have a 7 day return policy, reach out to me within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds given are less any shipping costs, and return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
